Using cognitive-behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy and brief therapy approaches, our treatment assists you to move forward in living your best life on your terms. We offer counselling and assessment services at our office, through online video conference. or in the community.

 We will provide effective and individualized outpatient care plans and counselling and assessment services through a holistic lens that takes into account the full context of your experiences and the impact of these experiences on your body, mind, spirit, and mental health.
